Contractors State License Services has proudly served the Vocational Rehabilitation community for over 20 years. CSLS very much understands the requirements associated with vocational rehabilitation and work hand in hand with professional counselors to meet the needs of the vocational rehab clients. Contractors State License Services remain committed to providing the best educational programs and services enabling our students’ success, both personally and professionally. 

Founded in 1986 by David Mizener, Contractors State License Services has been under the regulation of the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education since inception.  Currently, with over 33 locations statewide we proudly serve all of California.

Our programs, taught by qualified and experienced instructors are QUICK, COMPREHENSIVE & AFFORDABLE. All study materials are included in the tuition for each program. Developed for the career-oriented individual, our courses have completion times that vary from three to sixteen weeks. The high demand construction and related industries provide numerous employment opportunities many of which are classified as “light physical duty”.
